Remote Work: This role is eligible for fully remote work.

How you'll make an impact
  1. Apply claims management experience to analyze claims exposure, plan the proper course of action, and resolve claims.
  2. Interact extensively with involved parties to ensure effective communication and resolution.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service to claimants, demonstrating empathy throughout the process.
  4. Handle claims in accordance with clients' and company's policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  5. Document and communicate claim activity efficiently to support claim outcomes.
About You

Ideal candidates will have:

  1. 3-5 years of experience handling lost time/indemnity claims, including litigated files.
  2. Jurisdictional experience in IN and MI.
  3. Active adjusters' licenses in IN, MI, or applicable licensure.
As a key member of our team, you will:
  1. Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers' compensation claims.
  2. Collaborate with clients to deliver solutions and improve claims management.
  3. Apply critical thinking to solve problems and prioritize tasks.
Required Qualifications
  1. High School Diploma.
  2. At least 5 years of related claims experience.
  3. Proper licensing/certification in all handled states.
  4. Knowledge of industry standards and practices.
  5. Proficiency with claims and business software.
