Qualifications

• JD required and bar admission in good standing.
• 7+ years as a Trial Attorney for workers' compensation defense.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work across dispersed venues.

Responsibilities

• Handles highly complex cases under state administrative process (trial level).
• Defends workers' compensation claims.
• Takes depositions, analyzes testimony, prepares and files related reports.
