Jobot is seeking Associate Attorneys (Workers' Compensation defense) for multiple California offices with remote/hybrid options. Active California Bar membership and 2–5 years of defense experience are required.

Salary ranges from $140,000 to $220,000 per year, with a strong bonus structure and comprehensive benefits. You will work in a firm focused on workers' compensation defense, receive excellent training, and have the option of a partnership track or salaried path.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney with active California Bar admission.
• 2–5 years of defense experience in workers' compensation or related litigation.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to persuade and advocate.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in workers' compensation defense matters.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Develop litigation strategy and coordinate with support staff.
