Qualifications

• 10+ years of Illinois workers' compensation claims adjusting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Illinois workers' compensation laws and regulations.
• Professional designation such as AIC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Illinois workers' compensation claims from inception through resolution.
• Analyze claim facts to evaluate coverage, compensability, and benefits eligibility.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve timely and favorable claim outcomes.
• Establish and maintain appropriate claim reserves.
• Negotiate settlements and drive claim resolution.
• Collaborate with defense counsel, medical case managers, and other resources.
