Responsibilities

• Investigate workers’ compensation claims by contacting injured workers.
• Review and analyze medical bills to confirm charges related to workers’ comp injuries.
• Ensure payments for medical bills and income replacement are timely.
• Consult with attorneys regarding litigation management.
