Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of workers' compensation and extended disability claims.
• Investigate claims, determine compensability, and document actions.
• Establish and maintain case reserves and claim timelines.
• Oversee medical treatment and assist injured workers to return to work.
• Communicate with clients and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Identify loss trends and report to supervisor or clients.
• Subrogation: investigate and pursue recoveries where applicable.
• Support client reviews and perform other duties as assigned.
