• Minimum 5 years of Workers’ Compensation claims handling experience.
• CA workers' comp claims experience is required.
• Proven ability to manage reserves and settlements within regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, analyze, and determine liability; negotiate settlements with claimants.
• Open new claims, perform needed investigations, and set reserves.
• Maintain data integrity through proper system documentation and updates.
• Develop action plans to bring cases to closure and monitor progress.
• Communicate regularly with injured workers, employers, and agents.
• Apply logical analysis to issue resolution and maintain professional demeanor.
