Responsibilities

• Investigates, analyzes, negotiates, and adjudicates workers' compensation claims in compliance with Georgia rules.
• Evaluates findings, documents conclusions, and recommends actions.
• Collaborates with claimants, supervisors, physicians, and regulatory bodies to facilitate return to work.
• Ensures timely medical and indemnity payments and proper filing of state reports.
• Supports MARTA General Counsel in litigation resolution and subrogation efforts.
