Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA seeks a highly skilled Workday Solutions Engineer to design, develop, implement, and drive adoption of people systems. You will collaborate with engineering, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, accounting, and finance to translate business needs into automated, scalable solutions.

You will lead system-centric projects, work with vendors, build custom solutions when needed, and provide training and documentation.

Qualifications

4+ years designing, developing, and implementing business processes into systems (Aerospace & Defense preferred).
Experience as a sole administrator with limited external resources.
Proven track record leading complex system-centric projects end-to-end.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills translating requirements into solutions.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
U.S. Person status required for export-controlled data access.
Willingness to be in-office full-time and travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement solutions that meet business requirements.
Collaborate with partners across People, Finance, and Legal to automate key functions.
Analyze current systems and processes to identify improvements.
Lead the development and implementation of system-centric projects with scope, timelines, budgets.
Work with vendors to integrate systems into the infrastructure.
Coordinate with internal software teams to build custom solutions when needed.
Provide guidance, training, and documentation on system best practices.
