Job summary

KPMG is seeking a Senior Associate, Workday Security to join our Advisory Technology Organization. This role focuses on planning and executing engagements centered on Workday security, while evaluating control designs and collaborating with clients to drive improvements.

The Senior Associate will supervise and mentor Associates, lead client discussions on security and controls, and contribute to a growing knowledge base for Workday within the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of recent Workday security experience or two+ full lifecycle Workday engagements.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; Certifications in Workday Financials or Human Capital Management
• Project or team lead experience within a consulting firm; strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel up to 80% and ability to work with senior executives

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute client engagements focusing on Workday security implementation and assessment of Workday environments
• Evaluate the design and effectiveness of Workday configurable controls
• Work with clients to identify opportunities for improvement in Workday security and controls
• Supervise Associates on engagements and lead meetings with clients related to Workday security and controls
• Coach and train team members to grow the Workday knowledgebase of the team
