Job summary

Connor Group is seeking a senior Workday professional to join its Digital Solutions practice. As Workday Professional, you will lead engagements, manage project scope, and guide client teams through complex Workday implementations.

You will leverage accounting, operations, and industry experience to deliver optimized Workday solutions, collaborate with top talent, and contribute to a culture of excellence, growth, and integrity while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Workday certifications required.
• 3+ years of Workday implementation, upgrade, and support experience.
• Willingness to travel 25% to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday projects and engagements within our Digital Solutions practice.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver complex Workday solutions.
• Mentor junior consultants and drive project success.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Accounting, or the equivalent
