Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Workday Integrations Developer in Columbus, OH. You will design, develop, implement, and maintain connections between Workday and external systems, leveraging Workday Extend, Orchestrate, Studio, and other integration tools.

The role requires deep technical expertise, collaboration with business analysts and IT, and a focus on data accuracy, security, and scalable integration patterns across payroll, HR, benefits, and finance systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' hands-on experience building Workday Integrations with Extend, Orchestrate, Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• Experience partnering with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills for resolving complex Workday integration issues.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, JSON, and Import API patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop integration solutions between Workday and external systems.
• Configure Workday Extend applications, Orchestrate orchestrations, and Workday Studio mappings.
• Oversee deployment of integrations and ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to manage integrations.
