MACHINE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking an experienced Workday Integration Developer in Atlanta to design, build, and maintain robust Workday integrations. The role focuses on HCM, Financials, and Procurement, using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, and web services to connect Workday with third-party systems.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on experience, strong analytical skills, and a solid background in data validation and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday Integration Development experience.
• Strong Workday HCM and Financials integration experience.
• Hands-on with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, Web Services.
• Knowledge of SOAP, REST APIs, WSDL and Web Services standards.
• Experience with XML, XSLT, JSON and Java.
• Knowledge of Workday integration security (ISU, PGP Keys, MFA).
• Experience with data migration, integration development, reporting, and calculated fields.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical integration solutions.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, build, and implement Workday integration solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Workday, vendors, and state agencies.
• Design Workday solutions for HCM, Finance, and Procurement.
• Configure and customize Workday business processes and workflows.
• Gather integration requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, officers, directors, managers, and technical teams.
• Develop integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and web services.
• Perform unit, integration, and UAT testing.
• Validate data from multiple sources for accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain integration documentation and specifications.
• Follow data governance, security, and best practices.
• Stay updated with Workday releases and new capabilities.
