Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated HRIS Specialist focused on Workday US Payroll and Time Tracking. This position is part of the Global HR Technology Team responsible for analyzing, designing, and developing Workday systems, policies, and processes. The role involves collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and supporting global initiatives to enhance HR systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and maintain Workday Payroll and Time Tracking functionalities to meet US-specific requirements.
  • Develop and document business requirements for new initiatives or process changes related to Payroll and Time Tracking.
  • Manage payroll and time tracking projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Stay updated on Workday product releases and industry trends to optimize system performance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Over 5 years of experience with Workday US Payroll and Time Tracking configuration.
  • Proficiency with Workday technologies such as EIB, Report Writer, Business Process Framework, Calculated Fields, and Time Calculation Rules.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead discussions, work in fast-paced environments, and operate with attention to detail.
Additional Information

This is a hybrid position requiring onsite presence at least 8 days per month at our headquarters in Westbrook, ME. We offer flexible work arrangements to promote work-life balance.
