Fred Hutch is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to support Workday and other Human Resource systems in Seattle. The ideal candidate will possess HRIS expertise and advanced Workday configuration skills.

This position involves designing and implementing configurations for Workday modules and troubleshooting complex system issues. The candidate should be able to work independently and within cross-functional teams.

The annual salary ranges from $104,458 to $165,090 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HRIS experience with at least 3+ years of Workday HCM/payroll configuration.
• Hands-on experience configuring in Workday modules including Payroll and Benefits.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
