Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Workday Configuration experience across HCM, Ad Comp, and Talent.

Base pay range

$105,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Here at Focus Cloud we have a great opportunity for a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst looking for a new challenge.

Our industry leading client who are currently going through their Workday implementation are looking to add a Senior Analyst to their already impressive team to help with the current implementation and subsequent Go-live. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team with an exciting Project road-map ahead. They are looking for an "all rounder" but with specific configuration experience with HCM, Ad Comp, Journeys, Talent & Learning. You will get exposure to most of the other Workday HCM modules so any other experience is great.

Required experience and skills:
  1. 3+ years Workday Configuration skills across HCM, Ad Comp & Talent
  2. 2+ years experience with Workday Reporting & Dashboards

Whilst this role is remote, successful candidates will be required to travel bi-monthly to Cincinnati or Ohio for critical team meetings.
