Job summary

CTG is seeking a dynamic and experienced Workday Security Consultant for a project to assess, review, and remediate security challenges within our Workday environment. The ideal candidate will bring robust expertise in Workday’s full suite (excluding Workforce Management), supply chain, ERP, and HR security to help identify and address issues, as well as provide training and support for process improvements.

Location: Remote. Contract Length: 4-5 weeks or part time 8-9 weeks.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of professional experience in relevant fields.
• Strong knowledge of Workday's full suite (excluding Workforce Management).
• Experience with supply chain and ERP processes.
• Proven track record of addressing HR-related security challenges.
• Ability to analyze complex systems, identify weaknesses, and implement improvements.
• Excellent communication and training skills to support knowledge transfer.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $80.00/hr to $85.00/hr. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
