Zusammenfassung

Sierra-Cedar is seeking a certified Workday Grants and Projects Solution Architect with a strong focus on Grants and Projects. The candidate will lead functional workstreams, guide clients through all project phases, and ensure successful integration of Workday into client environments.

We require 2–3 years of Workday Projects/Grants experience, a solid track record in public sector or higher education, and strong collaboration with data and integration teams.

Qualifikationen

• Workday certification required.
• 2–3 years implementing Workday Projects and Grants in Public Sector or Higher Ed.
• Functional lead in Grants, Projects, GL, AP, Procurement, FA, Cash/Treasury, or Financial Reporting.

Aufgaben

• Lead design sessions, capture requirements, and define project scope.
• Guide clients through discovery, design, configuration, and testing.
• Assist clients in fully integrating Workday into their environments.
• Advise on options, risks, and impacts on other processes/systems.
• Collaborate with data/integration teams on interfaces and tenant builds.
• Assist the Project Manager with timeline and deliverables.
• Lead Delivery Assurance reviews.
• Mentor Senior/Principal Consultants and drive delivery improvements.
