Cognizant is seeking a Workday Financials/PSA Senior Principal Consultant for Global Application Managed Services. You will lead the onshore Workday PSA and Financials workstreams, coordinate with offshore teams, and drive reporting and process improvements to ensure project success.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in corporate applications, a Workday Financials specialty, and a mandatory Workday PSA certification.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 5–7 years Corporate Applications experience, 3–5 years client facing in global delivery.
• Expert understanding of Workday Financials domain and PSA.

Aufgaben

• Onshore lead for Workday PSA & Financials workstreams across accounts; partner cert mandatory.
• Apply AMS/implementation methodologies to engagements
• Coordinate with offshore teams on day-to-day activities and incidents
• Drive dashboards and reporting for Workday utilization
• Maintain Workday platform with reporting, security, data loads
• Lead multiple tasks and deliverables with vendors and project team
• Lead Workday consultants across engagements
