As part of Mercer, the world’s largest HR consulting firm, our Digital Solutions practice is a certified Workday implementation partner specializing in business and cloud consulting. We focus on transforming our clients' businesses with expertise in big data, cloud computing, and enterprise services. Our Workday practice includes specialists in Human Capital Management, Payroll, Finance, process improvement, data conversion, and integrations.

This remote role can be based anywhere in the United States.

What can you expect?

• Lead the implementation lifecycle of Workday Financials modules, managing project deliverables within timelines and budgets.
• Assist clients in leveraging Workday to enhance Finance, HR, and talent management capabilities.

We will count on you to:

• Lead design sessions, gather requirements, and document decisions.
• Translate business needs into Workday configurations, leading module setup and enhancements.
• Recommend best practices based on industry standards.
• Support data migration from legacy systems.
• Guide clients during testing phases.

What you need to have:

• Workday Financials Certification(s) (Procure to Pay, Financial Accounting, Expenses, Budgets, Supply Chain).
• 5+ years of Workday implementation experience and 10-15 years in Finance.
• Deep understanding of Workday configuration options.
• Experience with implementation phases and methodology.
• Financial reporting experience (balance sheet, P&L).
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

• Leadership in Workday implementations in areas like Financial Accounting, Supply Chain, or Adaptive Planning.
• FDM development experience.

The salary range for this role is $111,600 to $223,200, based on experience and other factors. The position may include performance incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
