Job summary

Osaic, a leading nationwide financial services network, seeks a Financial Systems Director in a hybrid Atlanta office. The role leads Workday Finance, integrates Adaptive Planning and other systems, and drives implementation, configuration, and governance across financial platforms.

The ideal candidate combines Workday expertise with business acumen and a continuous improvement mindset, guiding reporting, security, and data-driven decision making for scalable operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years implementing/administrating Workday product offerings.
• Minimum 5+ years direct or enterprise project leadership experience.
• Hands-on with GL, AP, Procurement, Expenses, Projects.
• Strong accounting principles and financial process knowledge.
• Leadership and communication skills; able to prioritize in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• System Ownership & Strategy: monitor, improve, and report across finance verticals.
• Lead Financial Systems team to execute Workday roadmap aligned with goals.
• Interact with stakeholders to improve secondary Workday modules and data mapping.
• Develop reports and analytics; ensure data integrity and SOX compliance.
• Governance & Controls: maintain internal controls and security; support audits.
• Integrations & Data Management: manage Workday integrations with other systems.
• Production Support: resolve incidents and manage ticketing processes.
