MaxIT Consulting - Max Corporate Group seeks a senior Workday Enterprise Applications Architect to lead architecture, integration strategy, and platform governance for a complex enterprise environment in Sylmar, CA. This hands-on role requires strong leadership and collaboration with HRIS, HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will guide cross-functional teams, shape the Workday roadmap, ensure data integrity, and oversee integrations, security, and system performance

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience supporting Enterprise Applications.
• Significant hands-on experience within Workday environments.
• Experience with Workday HCM, Benefits, integrations, and related enterprise processes.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable solution architectures and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution and technical architecture for Workday and related enterprise business applications.
• Design scalable, secure, and integrated Workday solutions across HCM, Benefits, Finance, and connected platforms.
• Own and drive the Workday technology roadmap aligning initiatives with business and IT objectives.
• Design, develop, govern, and support Workday integrations, interfaces, APIs, middleware connections, and data exchanges.
• Ensure reliable connectivity between Workday and Payroll, Finance, benefits providers, and other systems.
• Oversee Workday security administration, RBAC, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Partner with HRIS, HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Lead current-state assessments and define future-state architecture and processes.
• Develop implementation plans and oversee releases, testing, deployments, and change management.
