Job summary

Workday, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Engagement Manager to lead mid to large deployments using the Workday Deployment Methodology. You will resolve complex issues, support executive expectations, and provide strategic recommendations based on field experience.

The role requires experience with HCM, Payroll, Financial or Student deployments and familiarity with Workday or similar ERP systems. Travel up to 50% may be required as part of client engagements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience of project management with HCM, Payroll, Financial or Student implementations within medium enterprise, large enterprise, higher education and/or state and local governments.
• 3+years of experience implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft or similar applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage mid to large deployments using the Workday Deployment Methodology.
• Resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways and support executive level expectations with field-based insights.
• Oversee coordination with internal teams and third parties to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
