Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience developing Workday Integrations using REST, XML, and XSLT.
• 4+ years in a Workday reporting role with complex report creation experience.
• Ability to train Huron staff in project management and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing projects, focusing on material client interactions.
• Manage projects and conduct intensive data analyses.
• Create compelling client-ready presentations.

Skills

Building and troubleshooting of Workday Studio experience

Current Workday Reporting and Advanced Reporting certification

Hands-on experience developing Workday Integrations

Data Conversion or Workday Security experience

Strong understanding of HCM/ERP functional processes

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong knowledge of Workday security model

Excellent time-management skills

Technical proficiency in tools like Excel and Access

Desire to learn new tools and methodologies
