Job summary

ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions is seeking a Lead Workday Consultant to guide the client from implementation into stabilization, hypercare, and ongoing operations. You will serve as the client's primary Workday advisor, driving day-to-day advisory, configuration, and operational support while coordinating ConsultNet specialists as needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday HCM consulting experience.
• Client-facing lead consultant with minimal supervision.
• Experience across core Workday modules; multi-country payroll exposure is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, configuration, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to coordinate a distributed delivery team (US and LATAM).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client's principal Workday point of contact and primary client advisor.
• Lead day-to-day Workday consulting: issue assessment, configuration support, and work prioritization.
• Support implementation close-out and knowledge transfer from the client's implementation partner.
• Review outstanding implementation items and validate operational readiness.
• Investigate and troubleshoot Workday functional and technical issues.
• Analyze business requirements and recommend solution options and best practices.
• Configure Workday and support security-related configuration and business process modifications.
• Review payroll-related rule changes across US, UK, China, and Costa Rica.
• Review quarterly Workday releases, assess feature impacts, and recommend adoption opportunities.
• Provide strategic guidance on future enhancements and operational planning.
• Provide advisory support for Workday integrations; escalate to integration specialists when needed.
• Coordinate additional ConsultNet resources (US and LATAM) when specialized expertise is required.
• Communicate regularly with client stakeholders and participate in governance meetings.
