Job summary

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust advanced woodworking machinery and equipment.
• Interpret work orders, drawings, and specifications to produce accurate parts.
• Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and operational adjustments.
• Inspect finished components to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary corrections within scope.
• Support specialized or cross-functional machine room operations as needed.
• Maintain workflow efficiency and assist with training or guidance of lower‑level operators when appropriate.
• Maintain equipment, tooling, and work areas in clean and safe condition.
• Follow all safety requirements, quality standards, and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production needs or issues.
