Job summary

24 Seven Talent seeks an experienced Merchandiser to support the full product lifecycle across women’s apparel categories. You will partner with design, sales, product development, marketing, e-commerce and customer service to build commercially relevant assortments, manage line planning, and support seasonal market readiness.

You will participate in color, mood, sketch, prototype and final merchandising meetings, manage SKU planning, pricing architecture, and ensure accurate product information

Qualifications

• Experience in women’s apparel merchandising.
• Strong collaboration with design, sales, product development, marketing, e-commerce, and customer service.
• Ability to manage SKU planning, pricing architecture, and line plans.
• Knowledge of seasonal market readiness and trend forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Support line merchandising from concept development through inventory exit.
• Participate in color, mood, sketch, prototype, pre-line, and final merchandising meetings.
• Manage SKU planning, assortment strategy, product classification, pricing architecture, and line plans.
• Communicate product updates and changes across cross-functional teams.
• Review selling performance and share insights on best- and worst-sellers.
• Support major markets, tradeshows, visual merchandising direction, and sales tools.
• Coordinate exclusives, late additions, specialty assortments, and sales presentations.
• Review product copy for lookbooks, sales materials, e-commerce, and brand collateral.
