Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field.

• Experience taking product from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market shopping and trend research to identify opportunities.
• Develop seasonal designs with clear concept direction.
• Create CADs, tech packs, and product presentations.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Product Development, and Production.
• Define fit and proportion in collaboration with Technical Design.
• Specify materials, fabrics, washes, and finishes.
• Communicate design rationale to cross-functional teams.
