You will translate insights into differentiated silhouettes, fits, fabrics, and graphics across lifestyle and boardshorts, collaborating with design leadership to maintain brand point of view while achieving commercial margins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• 3–5+ years’ men’s apparel design experience.
• Boardshort or swim/performance product experience preferred.
• Strong portfolio showing apparel and product design.

Responsibilities

• Market Shopping & Trend Research: identify trends in silhouette, proportion, fabrication, color, and construction.
• Boardshort Design & Development: own design direction, silhouettes, closures, and performance details.
• Seasonal Product & Concept Development: create concepts, color palettes, fabrics, and stories.
• Technical Design & Product Execution: CADs, specs, fittings, and design direction.
• Graphics & Brand Expression: collaborate on artwork and prints for cohesion.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with design, merchandising, product dev, and marketing.
• Commercial & Calendar Accountability: balance creativity with margins and calendars.
