Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Experience with Manhattan Scale / Manhattan WMS OR Nulogy.
• Strong understanding of warehouse, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary systems owner for WMS platforms.
• Configure, support, and enhance WMS functionality.
• Partner with warehouse teams to optimize workflows.
• Lead integrations with ERP, TMS, and other systems.
• Troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Support testing, UAT, deployments, and upgrades.
• Communicate status and results to leadership.
