Job summary

TEKsystems seeks a Sr. IT Lead for Manhattan Active Warehouse Management to drive migration from legacy systems across multiple sites. You will serve as the Manhattan Active WM SME, defining the solution, implementation standards, support model, and phased rollout with operations, IT, automation vendors, and external system owners.

The role is fully remote with travel up to 25% to US sites. Compensation ranges from $104,000 to $155,000 plus bonus and comprehensive benefits, including medical,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience implementing Manhattan Active Warehouse Management.
• Experience serving as a lead SME, solution owner, architect, or senior functional consultant on at least one Manhattan Active WM implementation.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and exception handling.
• Experience migrating from legacy WMS environments and integrating related TMS, WES/WCS, automation, and warehouse execution functions.
• Experience integrating WMS with external order management systems, preferably Manhattan Omni or other upstream sources.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manhattan Active WM solution design and implementation activities for a phased, multi-location rollout.
• Support migration from legacy WMS, TMS, WES/WCS, and warehouse execution components to Manhattan-capable systems.
• Define future-state warehouse processes for receiving, inventory, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, returns and support.
• Assess workflows to eliminate inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Design and validate inbound order integration from external Manhattan Omni instance.
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to validate warehouse technology and interfaces.
• Establish internal Manhattan standards, governance, release management and training materials.
• Support testing, cutover planning, go-live, issue triage, stabilization and knowledge transfer.
