Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in a lead development role.
• 15 years of experience in Java, Spring MVC, SQL Server, Git/Git Hub, Web Services/API, SQL.
• 3+ years of experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Ability to multi-task and reprioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Skills in programming and systems analysis.
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities in large and small projects.
• Experience with Websphere, IBM MQ, Drools, and Azure Kubernetes Service.
• 5 years of leadership as a team builder.
• Experience in Digital Transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams in designing, developing, and implementing WMS solutions and integrations.
• Oversee delivery across Sprints and Releases aligned with business goals.
• Lead development resources and coordinate workflows for WMS enhancements.
• Define requirements, technical designs, testing plans, and defect resolution with product and operations.
• Architect and maintain integrations between WMS, ERP/OMS, microservices, and IBM MQ messaging.
• Design and support real-time and batch interfaces for inventory visibility and order processing.
• Develop and optimize Azure-based data pipelines to support analytics and insights.
• Troubleshoot complex WMS and integration issues to minimize downtime.
• Drive modernization of WMS architecture to Azure Kubernetes.
• Analyze KPIs and propose improvements to throughput and reliability.
• Provide training and documentation to teams and warehouse personnel.
