Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; 2+ years of software engineering experience.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; 1+ year of software engineering experience.
• PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; 0+ years of software engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, unit test, and document next-generation Wi-Fi protocol features.
• Design, implement, and maintain Linux wireless drivers for Qualcomm AP SoCs.
• Analyze requirements and develop software to optimize wireless performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with firmware, hardware, protocol, validation, and systems teams; perform debugging and regression testing.
• Bring up, validate, and enable wireless driver functionality on new AP hardware.
