Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Senior Wireless TAC Engineer to join our on-site team in California. You will triage and resolve customer escalations, reproduce issues, and work closely with developers to drive solutions in a large-scale wireless/wired environment.

The role requires 7+ years in networking, deep knowledge of Layer 2/3 and 802.11 standards, and relevant certifications. You will own complex cases, build testbeds, analyze logs, and provide status reports in a fast-paced,

We are looking for a someone who goes distances to make sure customers are wildly successful. A person who communicates with customers, understands their questions as well as solves complex technical issues. You will become the subject matter expert in Enterprise Wireless and Wired Networks.

Qualifications:

  • HPE Router & Switch Certifications is a plus
  • Experience level: 7+ years
  • BA/BS/MS in EECS or related subject area
