Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking an experienced SoC Firmware Engineer to join its Wireless SoC firmware team.

You will work on hardware/system bring-up, drivers, and the network stack, collaborating with SW/HW teams to ensure manufacturability and high-quality firmware for state-of-the-art wireless products. You will interact with RF/Analog, Systems/PHY, RTL, verification, and FW/SW teams to deliver robust firmware and contribute to energy-efficient wireless silicon design.

Qualifications

• BS and 10+ years of relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide system-level API and firmware functionality to meet product requirements.
• Resolve issues with product test and protocol stack teams during interoperability testing.
• Implement new features for wireless protocol stacks, device drivers, and diagnostics.
• Support SoC design and assist SW/HW integration and bring-up efforts.
