Consumer Cellular, Inc. is seeking Retail Associates to join our team in Beavercreek, OH. You’ll welcome guests, guide choices with patient, knowledgeable service, and build lasting relationships in a living-room-like store setting.

You’ll help guests choose devices and plans, hit sales goals, and support store operations with openings and closings. The role requires a high school diploma and flexible availability, including evenings and weekends; prior wireless retail experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma is required.
• 1–2 years of retail keyholder experience preferred, in a consultative, customer-focused environment (Wireless sales experience preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Experience operating a POS system with strong attention to transaction accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing and moving items.
• Requires the ability to move around the store, assist customers and maneuver merchandise when necessary.
