Consumer Cellular, Inc. is expanding its Louisville retail team and seeks a Retail Associate who will deliver friendly, human service while guiding customers through device and plan selections. You’ll build relationships, meet sales goals, and support store operations with a positive, customer-first approach.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years in retail keyholding, and flexibility for evenings and weekends. Proficiency with POS and MS Office is expected.

Formación

• High school diploma is required.
• 1–2 years of retail keyholder experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Experience operating a POS system with strong transaction accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to move around the store and handle merchandise.
