Apple is seeking a Wireless RF Systems Validation Engineer (Connectivity) in Cupertino, CA. You will validate and characterize wireless systems (WLAN, BT, UWB, Thread) across technologies, perform debugging, and drive issues to closure.

You will complete certification testing and work with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and optimal device performance. Responsibilities include executing validation plans, bringing up tests, analyzing data, and supporting certification with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience is required.
Practical knowledge of WLAN, Bluetooth, UWB or Thread connectivity.
Experience with bench-level wireless testing and debugging.

Responsibilities

Execute validation and characterization tests to meet regulatory and performance requirements.
Bring-up device-under-test and define test requirements for validation readiness.
Analyze results, track validation status and communicate insights to cross-functional teams.
Perform failure analysis and implement fixes with firmware/hardware changes as needed.
Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional staff to optimize radio performance.
Support manufacturing test and certification activities for Apple products.
