AT&T in Dallas, TX seeks a Senior Wireless & Network Engineer to lead design, implementation, and lifecycle management of advanced wireless and enterprise network solutions. You will combine LTE, 5G NR, Private 5G, DAS, Open RAN, and network architecture to deliver strategic, cost-effective results.

This role emphasizes pre-sales and delivery, customer-facing consulting, project leadership, and strong collaboration with sales to convert opportunities into measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
• 8+ years of related sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project activities from client identification to invoicing, ensuring timely delivery.
• Design, implement, and test solutions with deep product knowledge and system architecture skills.
• Build strong client relationships, identify needs, and deliver tailored strategic solutions.
• Manage billable projects, lead technical delivery, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain accurate timekeeping, engage in sales activities, prepare proposals, and develop strategic plans to generate business.
• Contribute to knowledge repositories, mentor others, and provide inputs to strategic service development.
