ANG SIGNAL is seeking an Aruba Senior Network Engineer to join our team. The role involves supporting an enterprise wireless network, managing daily operations, and providing technical leadership on various network projects. The ideal candidate will possess advanced skills to lead, support, and train team members. This is a customer-facing position requiring effective communication of complex information to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, deploy, and manage Aruba wireless networks to ensure seamless connectivity and support organizational needs.
• Provide operational guidance on network security and protocols to maintain infrastructure integrity.
• Participate in testing emerging technologies for integration into existing systems.
• Support and lead network infrastructure, security, and wireless projects to ensure stability and performance.
• Design and implement innovative network solutions and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues, coordinating with teams to resolve problems swiftly.
• Coordinate project development from initiation to delivery under strategic guidance.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and provide status updates to management.
• Analyze current operations and recommend improvements for growth.

Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of experience in Network Engineering, with 5+ years as a Subject Matter Expert in large-scale enterprise networks.
• Extensive experience with Aruba wireless, switches, ClearPass, and Aruba Central platform.
• Proficient in BGP, routing protocols, and switching technologies.
• Familiarity with Cisco ISE is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of network security, including firewalls (preferably FortiGate).
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Professional Aruba certifications preferred; Fortinet certification a plus.
