Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in firmware/embedded software development.
• Strong debugging skills using JTAG/SWD, Oscilloscopes, and Logic analyzers.
• Understanding of coding best practices and testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define software architecture for embedded systems.
• Analyze and implement wireless protocols and vehicle command/control schemes.
• Implement low-level device drivers and board support packages.

Skills

Strong C coding ability for embedded systems

Solid debugging skills using JTAG/SWD

Experience with one or more microcontroller cores (ARM, AVR, etc.)

Experience integrating microcontrollers with analog and digital sensors

Experience developing firmware in RTOS environments

Understanding and application of coding best practices

Education

BS or MS in CS/CE/EE or equivalent industry experience
