Job summary

Nesco Resource is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer specializing in Windows Administration, vulnerability management, patching, and virtual infrastructure to join a Servers, Storage & Database organization. This role leads enterprise server patching and security remediation across physical and virtual environments, collaborating with local and global teams.

Candidates should have strong Windows Server administration, MECM/SCCM expertise, experience with Qualys and Splunk, and the ability to

Qualifications

Senior-level Windows Server administration experience.
MECM/SCCM and enterprise patch management expertise.
Vulnerability management and remediation experience.
Experience with Qualys and Splunk is preferred.
Strong AD and Group Policy knowledge.
Scripting/automation with PowerShell or similar.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage automated Windows server patching and remediation activities.
Manage MECM/SCCM packages and software deployments.
Identify and remediate vulnerabilities across Windows and Linux servers.
Develop and deploy Active Directory Group Policies to harden systems.
Coordinate vulnerability remediation across global IT teams.
Analyze vulnerability data from Qualys and Splunk.
Support security hardening, patch-management policies, and documentation.
