HTC Global Services is seeking a Senior Windows Systems Administrator focused on Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell automation. You will manage AD/GPO changes, CIS baseline implementation, and lifecycle management for a large Windows Server estate, documenting tasks and maintaining automation scripts.

You will collaborate with the Server Operations Team, maintain runbooks in Azure DevOps, and ensure reproducible, well-documented processes while reducing the backlog and elevating

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience with Active Directory including domain services, replication, delegation, permissions, and DC troubleshooting.
• 5+ years of experience with Group Policy including design, scoping, filtering, troubleshooting, and change control.
• 5+ years of experience with PowerShell including modules, error handling, remote execution, scheduled scripts, and AD/GPO automation.
• 3+ years of experience implementing CIS benchmarks or equivalent hardening baselines on Windows endpoints through GPO and scripting.
• 5+ years of experience with Windows Server administration and lifecycle management across a large server estate, including build, patching, upgrading, and decommissioning.
• Experience documenting work as it is performed, including maintaining SOPs, runbooks, and change records.

Mansioni

• Execute AD, Group Policy, and permissions work backlog including GPO creation, testing, retirement, delegation, and access changes.
• Implement CIS baselines through GPO and scripted remediation.
• Design and maintain PowerShell scripts for administration, automation, auditing, remediation, and reporting.
• Identify repetitive tasks and automate them with tested scripts.
• Manage Windows Server lifecycle at enterprise scale, including build, patching, upgrading, and decommissioning.
• Log, update, and track work items in Azure DevOps.
• Work service requests and changes through the Service Management tool per the team's process.
• Store work products and documentation in Azure DevOps as scripts, code, GPO docs, runbooks, and SOPs.
• Cross-skill with Senior Server Administrator to share AD/GPO and CIS knowledge.
