Job summary

Talent Groups is seeking an experienced Windows Systems Engineer to maintain a large Windows infrastructure in the United States. You will manage enterprise directory services, implement security hardening standards, and automate administrative tasks to ensure reliability and security.

The role requires hands-on expertise in AD DS, GPO, PowerShell, and Windows Server lifecycle management, with a focus on security, efficiency, and scalable operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), replication, delegation, permissions, and domain controller troubleshooting.
• 5+ years of experience designing, configuring, scoping, filtering, troubleshooting, and managing Group Policy changes in large enterprise environments.
• 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining PowerShell scripts, including module usage, error handling, remote execution, scheduled and unattended execution, and automation of Active Directory and Group Policy tasks.
• 3+ years of experience implementing CIS Benchmarks or equivalent security hardening baselines for Windows endpoints using Group Policy and scripting.
• 5+ years of experience administering and managing the lifecycle of Windows Server environments, including server builds, patching, upgrades, maintenance, and decommissioning.
