Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of system maintenance experience.
• Experience with Windows AD, MS Exchange, Endpoint Protection, MS SQL, VMware vSphere, Intel platform servers, and enterprise backup solutions.
• Regulatory and compliance knowledge in financial/banking industry.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin required.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain Windows servers across development, test and production environments.
• Provide end-user support and troubleshoot Windows/desktop issues in a timely manner.
• Manage security, inventory, licenses, and Active Directory permissions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable banking laws and internal policies.
