Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a seasoned IT professional to provide 24/7 IT & AV support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments from Offutt AFB, NE. The role requires Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, a solid foundation in system administration, and hands-on experience with virtualized environments.

You will troubleshoot incidents, manage VM configurations, support print services, and maintain documentation while coordinating with DoW teams.

Qualifications

3+ years of related experience
Top Secret with SCI eligibility, US Citizenship & No Waivers
ITIL 4 Foundation certification
CompTIA Security+ certification
Location: Offutt AFB, NE

Responsibilities

Manage operation, configuration, and maintenance of virtual machines and management consoles
Provide multi-disciplinary support for mission system services including lifecycle management and sustainment
Verify system performance after hardware and software installation
Manage product/service issue resolution and upgrades
Handle administration and support of print services
Diagnose technical problems and escalate as needed
Maintain training, planning docs and recovery testing
Develop and maintain technical documentation and system specs
Collaborate with team to deliver DoW customer support 24x7
Perform shift work to ensure 24X7 coverage
