Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Enterprise Server Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain Windows Server 2025 ecosystems in a California-based environment.

You will lead Hyper-V deployments, Storage Spaces Direct, SCVMM, and HPE management stacks (OneView, iLO), while establishing standards and high-availability architectures across rack and blade servers. Strong documentation and knowledge transfer are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise server infrastructure engineering experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Hyper-V engineering experience.
• Expertise supporting Windows Server 2025 environments.
• Experience with Storage Spaces Direct (S2D) and SCVMM.
• Hands-on experience deploying and supporting HPE rack/blade server infrastructure.
• Proficiency with HPE OneView and iLO.

Responsibilities

• Architect, engineer, and implement Windows Server 2025 infrastructure solutions.
• Design, deploy, and optimize Microsoft Hyper-V environments.
• Architect and implement Storage Spaces Direct (S2D) solutions.
• Administer and engineer SCVMM environments.
• Design and support Windows clustering and high-availability solutions.
• Develop and maintain server infrastructure standards.
• Deploy and manage lifecycle operations for HPE Rack and Blade servers.
• Configure, administer, and troubleshoot HPE iLO environments.
• Administer HPE OneView, including server profiles, networking, and storage management.
• Provide technical documentation, operational recommendations, and knowledge transfer.
