In this role, you will manage production support, lead automation efforts using PowerShell, and maintain a reliable Windows server environment. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of IT infrastructure experience and a strong background in Windows administration and scripting. Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience in a Windows environment.
• Deep experience in Windows Server administration (2016–2022), IIS, and Active Directory.
• 3+ years of strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage production support, access management, and incident resolution.
• Lead infrastructure automation efforts using PowerShell and modern scripting tools.
• Oversee server patching, upgrades, and disaster recovery processes.
