Job summary

Dominion Energy is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise Windows server environments. You will drive lifecycle management, patching, security compliance, and automation to ensure reliability and regulatory alignment.

The role operates with a high degree of independence, leading troubleshooting, process improvements, and critical incident response in a hybrid work model based in the Richmond/Innsbrook or Cayce area. 7+ years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Windows Server administration experience.
• Proficient in Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and core services.
• Experience with SCCM/MECM and patch management tools; strong troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022+).
• Lead patching lifecycle, coordination of monthly cycles and compliance reporting.
• Diagnose complex issues and support incident response and root-cause analysis.
