Job summary

State Street Global Market/ Globallink in Pennsylvania, USA is seeking a Senior Windows Engineer to provide technical engineering and operational support for Windows infrastructure (Servers/Virtual desktops/Active Directory) and assist with compliance/regulatory projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor degrees in engineering, computer Science or related industry (or equivalent experience)
• 5-8 years of experience preferably with distributed applications and systems
• Deep working knowledge of network protocols, especially TCP/IP
• Experience in monitoring tools, scripting, and Internet security
• Knowledgeability of industry standard best practices regarding network security
• Strong understanding in at least one leading cloud provider, AWS preferred
• Working knowledge of modern routing protocols
• Security certifications and/or equivalent work experience
• Solid communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• On-board and support GlobalLink users in all office locations
• Application support
• Be part of the CorpSupport group to answer end user queries
• Participate in the on-call support roster
• Participate in projects
• Deploy new systems (servers and virtual desktops)
• Secure and strengthen our security/compliance posture
• General troubleshooting
